Delivery & Shipping Information


We ship from Fermoy, Cork, Ireland.

Christmas Postage Ireland

To help ensure delivery in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by Monday 15 December at 2:00pm (Ireland time).

Orders placed after this date may still arrive before Christmas; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to courier services, seasonal demand, and unforeseen delays.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the courier and are outside of our control.

USA Standard Delivery Service 

USA standard delivery is €15. Normal delivery times are between 10-14 days from the date of dispatch*. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of being placed (except at weekends/bank holidays or for personalized items which may take longer).

*Extreme weather conditions and US customs security delays are unfortunately outside of our control and may affect delivery.

 

USA Express/Priority Delivery 

USA express delivery is $29. Normal times are between 3-4 days from the date of dispatch*. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of being placed (except at weekends/bank holidays or for personalized items). Please Note: Products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

  • Standard Shipping is €8 (to Island of Ireland)
  • Standard Shipping is €15 (to Europe)
  • Standard Shipping is €15 (to UK)


Standard Mailing to Canada / Australia / Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping is $15.95 (to Canada)
  • Standard Shipping is $22.95 (to Australia and New Zealand)
  • Express Shipping Charge worldwide is $29.95

  • USA: 10 to 14 Business Days
  • Canada: 10 to 14 Business Days
  • Ireland: 2 to 3 Business Days
  • UK: 6 to 7 Business Days
  • Europe: 5 to 8 Business Days
